Bega Special Tools Seminar at Holiday-Inn Al-Khobar

On October 12, 2011, Bega Tools Seminar took place in the very well equipped Khalid Hall at Holiday- Inn Hotel, Al-khobar, Saudi Arabia. It was hosted by joint effort of Marketing & Sales Department Dammam.

A number of participants from different Industrial sectors from Dammam Region had attended this event. The participants were mostly are from Engineering, Technical & Factory Background.

Mr. Frank Garittsen - CEO of Bega Tools had conducted the technical training.

The social program included a Tea, Coffee & Snacks and a Lunch offered by AFI to the participants. This program has provided a good opportunity to know business channels better in a more casual environment.

The feedback from the participants confirmed that the seminar was very much appreciated as well as  that there is a pressing need for more practical approaches and to follow up with them to get maximum inquiries.

The seminar was started with introductory note by Mr. Fazal Kashif, Product Support Engineer for Bega Tools, who gave an excellent introduction to the seminar and overview of the entire program.

Later On, Mr. Ravisanker - Sales Director, introduced AFI, its Divisions & Products which gave attendees an overview about our company. He informed not only some initiatives in the area of Sales, but also emphasized several important issues, such as the need for better insight of the tools in close relation with Industry requirements & thus organizing more Products trainings.

After that, Mr. Frank Garittsen taken charge of the Podium and began introduction with his Country Holland followed by company Bega Special tools & its Products. The presentation covers all related items of Bega Company with its detailed discussions, and then Questionnaire round with participants.
AFI had provided two Demo sets of Heaters along with different sizes of Bearings to give participants hand on experience.

During the presentation, Mr. Frank explained and demonstrated the checking Tools & Conditioning monitoring instruments like, Bearing Checkers, VIB Checkers, Tachometers and stethoscope. These tools play an essential part for attaining proactive approach for maintaining and reducing potential problem source.

In the third & final session our volunteers Mr. Syed Thousif Pasha , & Mr. Ather Parviez distributed customers Feedback form along with catalogues to all & collected important information’s regarding Participants immediate & futures requirements of the Tools for industrial operations.
Later On, our respected Executive Director Mr. Erik Van Der Ende, felicitated each participants with Official AFI's & Bega Product Training Certificates.

At the end, the program was concluded with a short ending speech by Mr. Fazal Kashif, giving thanks to all Distinguish Guests and participants who came from different Industrial sectors & attended this event. 

The Program cannot achieve the milestone without the effort of whole Dammam Sales Department. A special thanks to Mr. Saleh Al Ramami - Sr. Sales Engineer whose maximum Guests were attended in this program.

It was the combined effort of Bega special Tools CEO, Frank Garittsen as a Product Trainer, along with the whole AFI's Core team members from Marketing & Sales Department, comprising Mr. Matio Morales - Marketing Supervisor, Mr. Rafi Mohammed - Sales Manager & All Sales Engineers who had shown interest in the program since its beginning, Volunteered very well, invited Key Customers & made the whole Seminar a Big Success. I am sure, this will help others to come forward & organize such events even more on Bigger Platforms.
