Our Manufacturing Capabilities:
We have over 8,000 m2 dedicated to manufacturing and refurbishment space. A team of qualified engineers is in charge of designing sophisticated products according to our customers’ requirements and in-line with the local and international standards. As a testament we are the first to manufacture Mobile Scrapper handling truck in the World for ARAMCO. We are the first to manufacture Industrial Vacuum Loader (Super Sucker) in from the Middle East and the first to manufacture ADR Unit in Saudi Arabia.
All AFI branches are equipped with a state-of-the-art SKF-Economos CNC Seal machine. This machine is capable of making Hydraulic Seal Kits up to 8inch (200 mm) diameter, O-Rings, back up seal and customize profile seals.
All AFI branches have equipment for cutting and crimping hoses up to 2” in diameter. Furthermore, our main branches have equipment for crimping hoses to 6” in diameter as well as RESATO pressure test benches capable of testing up to 40,000 PSI.
